Visitors
Just looking around, or here to vote for a friend? You do not need an account for any of this.
Looking around
- Competitions lists the active, upcoming and past competitions. Each card shows how long is left to enter or vote.
- The Gallery shows every approved photo. Filter by newest, most voted or award winners, by competition or by category.
- Featured and the Winners’ wall on the home page show the winning photos.
- Notices from the organisers appear at the top of the home page, for example when results are announced or the site will be down for maintenance.
Voting and star ratings
- During the voting dates anyone can vote, without logging in. Each person has one vote per competition and can move it to another photo or remove it.
- Only a limited number of votes count from one internet connection, to keep voting fair.
- Every photo can also be rated from 1 to 5 stars. Votes and ratings guide the judges; their decision is final.
Using it like an app
- Install the site as an app: use the install button at the top, or on an iPhone open Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen.
- On a phone, the bar at the bottom takes you to Home, Competitions, Gallery, Forums and your account.
- Press the palette button at the top to change the colours.
Members
A free account lets you enter competitions, write blog posts, take part in the forums and get updates.
Registering and logging in
- On the Join free / Register page enter your name, email, mobile number and a password of at least 8 characters. You are logged in straight away.
- To log in, enter your email and password. Capital letters do not matter in the email; they do in the password.
- Forgot your password? Press "Forgot your password?" on the Login page, enter your email and use the link we send to choose a new one. The link works for 24 hours.
- Members from the old Artpic site can log in with the email and password they used before. If your welcome email gave you a temporary password, you will be asked to choose your own the first time you log in.
My Account
- My Account shows your competitions, payments, approved photos, votes and certificates.
- Keep your full name correct: it is printed on your certificates.
- Choose whether we email you about new competitions and deadlines. If WhatsApp updates are offered, tick the box to get them on your mobile number.
- Important messages about your account or the service are emailed even if you switch off announcements.
Writing a blog post
- Log in and open "Write a blog post" in My Account. Add a title, your story (at least 40 words) and a cover photo if you like.
- Your post is checked and then published on the Blog page. You can see its status and its views in My Account.
Forums and reviews
- Start a discussion or reply in the Forums, with a photo if you like. Be kind and stay on topic.
- Share your experience of Artpic on the Reviews page. Each member has one review; if you change it, it is checked again before it shows.
Participants
Everything about entering a competition, from choosing photos to downloading your certificate.
Entering a competition
- Open a competition and read its description and rules. Check the dates: entries close at the end of the last day shown.
- Choose how many photos and the category (mobile or camera). The fee for that number of photos is shown before you continue.
- Give each photo a title. JPG only, within the size limit. Send only your own original work; AI-generated or heavily AI-edited photos are disqualified.
- Keep the original file from your phone or camera. We may ask for it to confirm the photo is yours.
Paying the entry fee
- Scan the QR code, pay the amount and upload a screenshot of the completed payment. We check it, usually within 2 to 3 business days, and email you.
- Free competitions skip this step.
- Refunds are given only for verified technical problems; see the Refund Policy page.
Approval and getting votes
- A photo first shows as "Submitted"; once approved it becomes "Participant" and is shown to everyone. If it is not accepted you receive an email with the reason.
- Share the link to your photo with friends and family during the voting dates. Anyone can vote once, without an account.
- Votes and star ratings help, but the judges make the final decision.
Results, certificates and the gallery
- When results are announced, the winners appear on the competition page, on the Featured page and on the home page.
- Every participant with an approved photo can download a PDF certificate from My Account, under My competitions, once results are announced.
- Approved photos stay in the Gallery, so your work keeps being seen.

साइट देखना
- Competitions पेज पर चालू, आने वाली और पुरानी प्रतियोगिताएँ दिखती हैं। हर कार्ड पर दिखता है कि भाग लेने या वोट करने के लिए कितना समय बचा है।
- Gallery में सभी स्वीकृत फ़ोटो हैं। नई, सबसे ज़्यादा वोट वाली या पुरस्कृत फ़ोटो, प्रतियोगिता या श्रेणी के हिसाब से छाँटें।
- Featured पेज और होम पेज की Winners’ wall पर विजेता फ़ोटो दिखती हैं।
- आयोजकों की सूचनाएँ होम पेज के ऊपर दिखती हैं, जैसे परिणाम घोषित होने पर या साइट के मेंटेनेंस के समय।
वोटिंग और स्टार रेटिंग
- वोटिंग की तारीखों में कोई भी, बिना लॉग इन, वोट कर सकता है। हर व्यक्ति को हर प्रतियोगिता में एक वोट मिलता है; उसे दूसरी फ़ोटो पर बदला या हटाया जा सकता है।
- एक ही इंटरनेट कनेक्शन से सीमित वोट ही गिने जाते हैं, ताकि वोटिंग निष्पक्ष रहे।
- हर फ़ोटो को 1 से 5 स्टार भी दिए जा सकते हैं। वोट और रेटिंग मार्गदर्शन हैं; अंतिम निर्णय निर्णायकों का है।
ऐप की तरह इस्तेमाल
- साइट को ऐप की तरह इंस्टॉल करें: ऊपर दिए इंस्टॉल बटन से, या iPhone पर Safari में Share → Add to Home Screen से।
- फ़ोन पर नीचे की पट्टी से Home, Competitions, Gallery, Forums और आपके खाते तक पहुँचें।
- रंग बदलने के लिए ऊपर का पैलेट बटन दबाएँ।
सदस्य
मुफ़्त खाते से आप प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग ले सकते हैं, ब्लॉग लिख सकते हैं, फ़ोरम में हिस्सा ले सकते हैं और अपडेट पा सकते हैं।
रजिस्टर करना और लॉग इन
- Join free / Register पेज पर नाम, ईमेल, मोबाइल नंबर और पासवर्ड (कम से कम 8 अक्षर) डालें। रजिस्टर होते ही आप लॉग इन हो जाते हैं।
- लॉग इन के लिए अपना ईमेल और पासवर्ड डालें। ईमेल में बड़े-छोटे अक्षर मायने नहीं रखते, पासवर्ड में रखते हैं।
- पासवर्ड भूल गए? Login पेज पर "Forgot your password?" दबाएँ, अपना ईमेल डालें और ईमेल में आए लिंक से नया पासवर्ड बनाएँ। लिंक 24 घंटे तक चलता है।
- पुरानी Artpic साइट के सदस्य अपने पुराने ईमेल और पासवर्ड से लॉग इन कर सकते हैं। अगर स्वागत ईमेल में अस्थायी पासवर्ड मिला है, तो पहली बार लॉग इन करने पर अपना पासवर्ड चुनने को कहा जाएगा।
My Account (मेरा खाता)
- My Account में आपकी प्रतियोगिताएँ, भुगतान, स्वीकृत फ़ोटो, वोट और प्रमाणपत्र दिखते हैं।
- अपना पूरा नाम सही रखें: यह आपके प्रमाणपत्र पर छपता है।
- चुनें कि हम आपको नई प्रतियोगिताओं और अंतिम तारीखों के ईमेल भेजें या नहीं। WhatsApp अपडेट उपलब्ध हों तो उन्हें अपने मोबाइल नंबर पर पाने के लिए बॉक्स चुनें।
- आपके खाते या सेवा से जुड़े ज़रूरी संदेश, घोषणाएँ बंद करने पर भी ईमेल किए जाते हैं।
ब्लॉग लिखना
- लॉग इन करके My Account में "Write a blog post" खोलें। शीर्षक, अपना लेख (कम से कम 40 शब्द) और चाहें तो एक कवर फ़ोटो जोड़ें।
- भेजा गया लेख जाँच के बाद Blog पेज पर प्रकाशित होता है। आप My Account में उसकी स्थिति और व्यूज़ देख सकते हैं।
फ़ोरम और रिव्यू
- Forums में चर्चा शुरू करें या जवाब दें, फ़ोटो भी जोड़ सकते हैं। विनम्र रहें और विषय पर रहें।
- Reviews पेज पर Artpic के बारे में अपना अनुभव लिखें। हर सदस्य का एक रिव्यू होता है; उसे बदलने पर वह दिखने से पहले फिर जाँचा जाता है।
प्रतिभागी
प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने की पूरी जानकारी, फ़ोटो चुनने से लेकर प्रमाणपत्र डाउनलोड करने तक।
प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेना
- प्रतियोगिता खोलें और उसका विवरण और नियम पढ़ें। तारीखें देखें: प्रवेश दिखाए गए आख़िरी दिन के अंत में बंद होता है।
- फ़ोटो की संख्या और श्रेणी (मोबाइल या कैमरा) चुनें। आगे बढ़ने से पहले उतनी फ़ोटो का शुल्क दिखाया जाता है।
- हर फ़ोटो को शीर्षक दें। केवल JPG, साइज़ सीमा के भीतर। अपनी असली, खुद ली हुई फ़ोटो ही भेजें; AI से बनी या बहुत ज़्यादा AI से बदली फ़ोटो अयोग्य होती हैं।
- अपने फ़ोन या कैमरे की मूल फ़ाइल संभालकर रखें। फ़ोटो आपकी है, यह पक्का करने के लिए हम उसे माँग सकते हैं।
प्रवेश शुल्क भरना
- QR कोड स्कैन करके राशि भरें और पूरे हुए भुगतान का स्क्रीनशॉट अपलोड करें। हम आम तौर पर 2 से 3 कार्य-दिवस में जाँचकर ईमेल करते हैं।
- मुफ़्त प्रतियोगिताओं में यह चरण नहीं होता।
- रिफ़ंड केवल जाँची गई तकनीकी समस्या पर मिलता है; Refund Policy पेज देखें।
स्वीकृति और वोट पाना
- फ़ोटो पहले "Submitted" दिखती है; स्वीकृति के बाद "Participant" बनती है और सबको दिखती है। अस्वीकार होने पर कारण के साथ ईमेल आता है।
- वोटिंग की तारीखों में अपनी फ़ोटो का लिंक दोस्तों और परिवार के साथ साझा करें। कोई भी बिना खाते के एक बार वोट कर सकता है।
- वोट और स्टार रेटिंग मदद करते हैं, पर अंतिम निर्णय निर्णायकों का होता है।
परिणाम, प्रमाणपत्र और गैलरी
- परिणाम घोषित होने पर विजेता प्रतियोगिता पेज, Featured पेज और होम पेज पर दिखते हैं।
- परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद, स्वीकृत फ़ोटो वाले हर प्रतिभागी My Account के My competitions से PDF प्रमाणपत्र डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं।
- स्वीकृत फ़ोटो Gallery में बनी रहती हैं, ताकि आपका काम दिखता रहे।
