At ArtPic, we value your participation and strive to ensure a fair and transparent
experience for all contestants. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds
may be granted for participation fees in our photo competitions.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only in cases of verified technical issues that prevent a participant
from successfully submitting entries or completing the participation process only.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The participant must have made a valid payment through our official payment channels.
- The technical issue must be reported within 48 hours of the failed submission or payment confirmation.
- The issue must be verified and confirmed by the ArtPic technical support team.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Missed Deadlines: If a participant fails to upload or submit their photographs before the competition deadline.
- Unfair or Fraudulent Practices: Participants found submitting fake, stolen, or AI-generated photographs, or violating rules, will be disqualified and are not eligible for a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with Judging: Judging decisions are final and binding. Refunds are not issued due to disagreement with results.
- Withdrawal or Change of Mind: Once registration and payment are completed, refunds are not possible for change of mind or withdrawal.
- Violation of Terms/Rules: Any breach of ArtPic’s Terms and Conditions or competition rules forfeits refund eligibility.
- Disqualified/UnSelected Entries In case of disqualified or un-selected photos entries from participants the refunds will not be issued.
3. Refund Process (Where Applicable)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.
- ArtPic is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment intermediaries.

you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
